GlobalSat offers an end to end satellite phone, PLB & UHF radio hire service, Australia wide – we’re an independent satellite service provider who specialise in the Hire, Sales and Airtime for Iridium and Inmarsat satellite phone, data & PTT services. 2023 marks our 27th year in business & we’re proud to still be family owned, servicing our loyal customers across this great country. • Our store is located in West Ipswich, QLD just 40 minutes west of Brisbane and central to both the Warrego & Cunningham highways. 
• We’re open on weekdays & have an array of satellite communication products for hire & sale to suit many applications from overland travel, hiking, adventure riding, offshore fishing & commercial safety solutions for teams working in remote areas, lone workers & large scale construction projects.
• We service all regions in Australia with our local areas being Ipswich, Brisbane, Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, Logan, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounds.  
• All hire bookings are done through our online booking system – Hit the RED button beside your chosen hire option. 
• The booking form will ask you a series of questions relating to your hire such as name, address, contact details, collection/delivery options, hire dates and choice of equipment, taking secure payment upon completion.
• All Satphone kits include an active SIM Card with 10 digit mobile number and are supplied in a Pelican Case with AC & DC chargers + user guides.
• COLLECTIONS – You can collect from our store in West Ipswich – we’re open weekdays and our friendly staff are on hand to help with any queries.
• RETURNS – You can personally return the equipment to our store in West Ipswich OR post the equipment back to us using Express Post services.
• SHIPPING TO YOU – All hire kits are dispatched 2 business days prior to your first day of hire – Example: Hire from Friday, we ship your order Wednesday.
• We ship our hire kits Australia wide using express services. Freight costs for BNE metro is $10 – All other areas & states are $25 flat rate (for 1 x Kit).
• The hire options range from a basic Satphone purely for emergency communications to OHS lone worker devices for commercial use.
