Starlink Pre-Installation Form (PIF)

The PIF is completed by you (the customer) to provide us with details of your vehicle and confirm your installation requirements, ahead of the proposed installation of Starlink equipment. You will receive a copy of this form upon submission. Upon completion of the installation, you will receive a copy of the Post-Installation Review (PIR) completed by our admin staff and satellite technicians which contains equipment details and images of the installation for your records. The PIR will also include a break down of parts and labour required to complete the job.

* Important Information *

To complete this form, you will need to upload five (5) images of your vehicle, taken from the front, rear, side, top (roof) and one of the dash. To save time, it's best to capture these images prior to starting the form.

Labour Charges for Installations Performed by GlobalSat

STANDARD HOURLY RATE
• In workshop standard hourly labour rate for GlobalSat satellite technician is $145.00 including GST.

“PRIORITY” INSTALLATION SERVICE
• Priority Installation service fee incurs a $245.00 premium on top of the final installation charge due to interruption of our schedule.
• Priority installations are those with no prior booking but are required to be completed urgently.
• This service is offered at the discretion of the workshop manager and is strictly based on current workload and staff availability.
