Overview

The VIF is completed by you (the customer) to provide us with details of your vehicle/s and to confirm your GS-Mini Starlink kit requirements. We use this information to provide you with an installation kit specific to your vehicle type and an optimised mounting system for the Starlink dish based on the roof configuration. Upon submission, you will receive a copy of this form for your records. Our team will then respond with recommendations and a quotation based on the information provided. To complete this form, you will need to upload six (6) images of your vehicle, taken from the 1 -Front, 2-Rear, 3-Side, 4-Top (roof area where dish will mount), 5-Dashboard and 6-Battery (the battery that will power the Starlink, ideally an auxiliary battery). To save time, it's best to capture these images prior to starting the form.

Due to unprecedented demand for our GS-Mini Starlink Vehicle Kits, we have implemented a made-to-order system to ensure each kit meets our high-quality standards.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you understand and navigate our ordering process:
1. Order Placement: Once you have completed this VIF, our team will provide a quotation or an invoice (if pricing has already been provided).
2. Lead Time: Each kit is carefully assembled and tested based on your specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our product and the current high demand, please expect a lead time of 2-4 weeks from the order date to shipment.
3. Payment Requirements: Once the quotation has been accepted, full payment is required at the time of order to secure your kit and lock in the delivery date. This upfront payment ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources immediately to begin production of your kit without delays.
4. Order Confirmation and Updates: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and expected delivery timeline. We will keep you updated throughout the production process and notify you once your kit is ready to ship or install.
5. Shipping and Installation: Upon completion, your kit will be shipped directly to the specified address. If installation services are required, please arrange them in advance with our team by completing our Pre-Installation Form (PIF) to ensure seamless setup and activation.

Understanding Delays: We strive to meet all estimated delivery times, but please be aware that delays may occur due to the bespoke nature of the kits, demand on business resources and Starlink AU kit stock. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our team work diligently to deliver your order as swiftly as possible.

Labour Charges for Installations Performed by GlobalSat(Required)

STANDARD HOURLY RATE
• In workshop standard hourly labour rate for GlobalSat satellite technician is $145.00.

“PRIORITY” INSTALLATION SERVICE
• Priority Installation service fee incurs a $245.00 premium on top of the final installation charge due to interruption of our schedule.
• Priority installations are those with no prior booking but are required to be completed urgently.
• This service is offered at the discretion of the workshop manager and is strictly based on current workload and staff availability.
